What this community is for

This forum is for viewers in Canada to help each other set up and enjoy IPTV: devices, apps, the TV guide, Wi-Fi and internet, buffering fixes and channel questions. Anyone can read it. You need a free account to post. IPTV Nord staff take part, and every staff post carries a Staff badge, so you always know who is speaking for the company.

The rules

1. No logins, playlists or stream links. Never post usernames, passwords, M3U or portal links, or links to streams, for any service. Posts that do are removed.
2. No selling or advertising. Do not promote or sell other services, boxes or panels, and do not ask people to contact you on WhatsApp, Telegram or elsewhere.
3. Be kind and on topic. Disagree with ideas, not people. No insults, harassment, hate or threats.
4. Keep personal details private. Do not post your phone number, address, order number or anyone else's details. Account and payment help happens privately in Live Support.
5. Be honest. Share your real experience. Reviews are welcome, good or bad, as long as they are your own. Fake reviews and multiple accounts are not allowed.
6. Follow the law where you live. Do not ask for or share ways to get around the law, court orders or copyright rules.

How moderation works

New members' first posts that contain links are checked by a moderator before they appear. Posts that look like selling or credential sharing are always held. Members can report any post; staff review reports daily. Moderators may edit out personal details, hide or delete posts, lock topics, and ban accounts that break the rules. If you think we got it wrong, message us in Live Support.

Your privacy

Your email is used only to sign you in and is never shown to other members. Your username and posts are public and may appear in search engines. Read our privacy policy for details, and our copyright notice page if you are a rights holder.
